Doghouse

A short meta funny for GMTK game jam 2023.  My first game jam game ever AND my first ever non-pico 8 game too, a real fun! (don't mind the glitched out projector)

Depending on your gpu the game might give you an error because of the renderer. This is because some lighting features are Vulkan-only in godot 4.0, and I was unable to migrate the project to godot 4.1. If it tells you to try opening it with cmd with --rendering-driver opengl3, do that (it might freeze when you first run the game, just run it again), but the lightmap will be broken (this ironically fixes the projector by the way), and it will be harder to see things because of this, so be observant, look around during part where the lighting is broken and also theres a button in the middle that says "rotate" in front of you in the unity section.

If you don't know how to do this, shift+right click the folder the game is in, click "Open PowerShell window here", and type:
